Temperature-Controlled Transport of Hazardous Materials
Years of experience give us the know how to safely and reliably deliver customer products; to protect them from temperature extremes, cold or hot.
Although many products require refrigerated transport, we can also provide temperature controlled transportation during winter or in cold climates to prevent freezing.
The temperature in the container can be set between minus 25 degrees - plus 25 degrees.
Additionally, we also handle constant-temperature-transport of the dangerous cargo in compliance with fire protection and international Transportation results transport laws.
Transportation results
Working in collaboration with the shipper Nissan Butsuryu has been shipping Dangerous Goods in temperature controlled reefers since 2004. Additionally we have extensive experience shipping materials requiring precise temperature control.
The product is necessary to maintain cargo temperature minus under the Fire Services Act. After the special packaging, the cargo is loaded on the reefer container immediately.
Packing works
To prevent product damage crating can be custom tailored to the characteristics and size of each product.
We are also careful to use wood packaging materials that have been disinfected and or treated in accordance with the laws and regulations of the country the materials are being exported to.

①Since the exporting country for this shipment requires the use of fumigated and sterilized wood, we will use wood stamped with a fumigation mark for packaging.

②We can build custom wooden crates to protect the products during transit.

③Place the product in the crate.

④After placement, cushioning material is added to the gaps to protect the product.

⑤Finally, the top panel is secured to complete the packaging.
Storing & Van packing works
When loading cargo into a temperature-controlled reefer container, we secure the cargo to prevent shifting or collapse caused by vibrations and movements during sea and land transportation.
Unlike dry containers, the floor of a reefer container is not made of wooden planks, so nailing is not possible.
We plan the loading layout efficiently according to the characteristics of the cargo and apply specialized shoring techniques tailored to the cargo and the destination country.

①During packing and storage of the reefer the power source and temperature are checked each day.If any problems with the reefers temperature control system are discovered arrangements will be made to find a new container right away.

②Van packing
Cargo in the container is secured with timber to prevent bouncing and vibrations during transit.

③After the container is packed, the doors are shut and security seals are placed on the door.
The security seals help ensure the cargo will not be tampered with during transit.

④To keep the stable temperature in the container by using the motor-generator from a shipping point to the container yard.

⑤An external power supply is conected to the container and maintained until the container leaves the yard.

⑥Each container is equipped with a data logger to keep a record of the cargo temperature during transport.
